This ang ku kueh specialist takes over two shop units in the sleepy neighbourhood of Everton Park, off Cantonment Road. It has a crew of at least five aunties preparing the kueh at any one time.
Pieces are often sold out by lunch time, so you are advised to place advance orders and pick them up the next day.
Their kueh, which comes in six flavours - green bean, peanut, salty bean, corn, coconut (40 cents each) and yam (50 cents each) - boasts a firm consistency and a drier filling than most other shops.
